All is well, aging computer and operator (me) was the cause

I have never seen these messages before, I usually just use a File Manager to copy the files but the File Manager does not show the RC 2 in the Directory Tree

I’m thinking it’s an issue with my Laptop.

I have a windows 10 laptop and in the past connect the Controller to the Pc with a USB-C cable. I’ve tried several of my cables but not working. Also, I guess a MacBook won’t recognize the RC 2.

Trying to access the Flight Records from the RC 2 to my PC. Has DJI stopped allowing us to do this? Thanks

Problem solved! As you can see from the screenshot. 3 files with the extension .MP4 were written to the sd card (4K) from the MacBook in the afternoon. The videos were originally created in the morning and play fine on both machines. I thought that the Mac could not write to the sd card because...

The file from the sd card is 4 gig and plays on Macbook On Windows the same file on the same sd card shows 4k and will not play. Why is this? If this isn't enough infor (again) then I give up. "I'm asking why it won't play on both and why on the Mac it shows almost 4 Gig and on Windows it shows 4k."

I viewed several of my MP4 files from My Mavic 2S on my Macbook directly off of the SD card, size was about 4 GB. I went to my Windows Laptop and the same files are 4k and obviously won't play. Are the files not interchangeable or something? Thanks

Hello, I flew the Avata 2 yesterday and I have A Flight Log & video that reflects that date (01/01/2025). Today I flew again but the dates on the Flight Log are 12/06/2024 and the videos I took show the same date as the Flight Log. Strange to me. Anybody else have this happen? Thanks

Okay, that’s beyond my ability to fix. It fell on it’s back and dented the cover a little so that’s probably the issue, the antenna.

Recently crashed my Avata 2. Flies fine but not Satellite Signal, any suggestions how to fix? Thank You
