I'm 77. Some of us list our ages on our profiles, which appears to the left of the messages. Many of our seniors not only have the time, but have already put our kids and grandkids through college, leaving more discretionary $$$ for hobbies.
I've ordered a quad of AirTags. Probably most useful for tracking dogs (which seek human companionship) and cats (which don't), than a "Drone In The Wild" that will probably not land near someone with an iPhone, but at that cost, I think the tags will be worth every penny. Plan to put one...
I have 4 on order. I'm hoping that it has a "LAST SPOTTED AT" feature, and not "Only In Real Time." So if it is in a place where it gets passed by by someone with an iDevice, it should at least get you into the vicinity. Then you just take a walk until your phone contacts it. At that point...

2. Open DISK UTIL
3. You will see the card, but it doesn't display a name
4. Name the card
5. Eject the card
6. Once named, the card will be visible, and your...
I noticed that my 2 year old iMac running Big Sur wouldn't see the card either, but that the card would work when plugged into a hub with my iPad Pro (2018). Since I had a working solution, I had put checking this out on the back burner, but will be watching this thread with interest. I'm...
