Jim Martin replied to the thread Mavic 3 Pro Cine Screen Rotating.I took a quick look at the manual for the controller, and you are correct, it doesn't look like they included the rotation lock button in settings. However, there is no doubt your screen rotated, so DJI didn't remove the rotation functionality...
