You should report the app on the Galaxy store.

If you try signing in and realize afterwards that the app is fake or malware, make sure you change your DJI password immediately. I just checked the play store and I can see some 3rd party "dji flight" apps, but not the official DJI Fly. DJI states that the app is not available on the play store.

According to this video, you might be able to clear the error by going into DJI Fly > Settings > About and then select "Reset All Settings"

If you are willing to buy a used laptop, you should be able to find something on ebay for under $1,000. I found several creator style laptops that were selling for $2000-$4000 brand new 2 years ago that you can pick up for around $850 that would still be considered fast and powerful.
