Even if DJI said they would honor the warranty, how would they send you a replacement? Customs will block it, DHL won't ship it. DJI has no way to fullfil warranties in the US. It's only right they don't offer something they can't provide. Hopefully this will be over sooner rather than later.

I haven't heard of Photo Ninja, but it sounds like an interesting approach. It looks like both programs are about the same price $120. I only mentioned the trial because I'd feel bad if someone paid for a license and didn't like the program. Thanks for the tip on Photo Ninja!

The baked in lens profile isn't that great. I would suggest downloading the trial version of DXO PureRAW and give it try. It corrects distortion, vignetting, along with almost unbelievable sharpness optimization and noise reduction. I've been using it for the past 6-8 months and at this point...

I took a quick look at the manual for the controller, and you are correct, it doesn't look like they included the rotation lock button in settings. However, there is no doubt your screen rotated, so DJI didn't remove the rotation functionality, just the button. If it were me, I would try side...

Spring has come early to Northern California. Just last week the oak trees were bare, and now they are putting out leaves like crazy! A storm moved through at sunset presenting a nice comparison between the departing storm and the coming spring.

I plan to pick up a 4 pro shortly after they come out. I'll watch and see what issues/successes others have, and then roll the dice and see what happens. If it gets held up in customs, I'll just get a refund and try a different method. Even if it takes a few tries, I figure I'll get it eventually.
