Prisons do come up in B4UFLY, or at least they do in NY State where i was trying to get some interesting shots of an old, domed courthouse. The county jail is nearby and I got all kinds of warnings. Still got some nice shots, but did NOT fly over the jail or the property where it was located.

Very nicely done. I was in Austin several years ago and my wife and I have planned a return visit this spring. It was a dynamic and beautiful city the last time I visited and I am looking forward to that optimism and dynamism on this trip - and also looking to fly my drone there.

I have repeatedly traveled domestically and internationally with my drone (with one battery in the drone and the other two in the charging hub) and never had a problem. The batteries (and the drone itself), if it has a battery in it) must be in your carry-on luggage. But aside from that, relax.

Great video. We visited the Midway with friends a couple of years ago in January. Fascinating. There was no way I was going to try to fly a drone around that area. Very well done.

If my experience is common, the LAANC approval is almost instant and, provided you are asking for permission within the 100 ft limitation, it will be no problem to get it. The frustrating part is not getting the LAANC approval, it is getting DJI to allow your drone to take off. It sounds...
