Well we are not sure when exactly the switch occurs, but we are indeed flying in the automatic flight modes, after a manual launch. Our procedure is to launch manually and check operation and function of the AC prior to launching the automated missions.

Yeah my apologies was trying to be helpful and didn't realize the question was about a Mavic Pro. My answer was in relation to Mavic 2 Pro.

Have had the same issues. No matter what we did, the camera was not metering correctly in Auto. Setting to Aperture Priority Mode solved the issue.
