Just read this post.
If you have care refresh then send it in but ask for a "repair cost" do not accept refresh usage. If it is on warranty they will fix it for free. They will give you an estimate for a repair if it is necessary and since nothing is wrong with your drone except something...
MAC - My apologies to the original intent for this thread but company needs a response.
To: PhantomRain person,
Let’s clarify something and not get petty.
I read a reply that discussed someone having an issue with the props hitting your foam material.
Someone said that the accusation needed...
Here are some facts.
All insurance companies can access ANY and ALL claims made no matter who or what the insurance company is or was.
I believe the records are kept for 7 years.
So if you have insurance with "x" company and insurance with "y" company and have 2 claims in less than 3 years you...
Sir,
I am only replying since you referenced me.
Yes I purchased these reflectors from them.
No the issue did not happen over water. I do not fly aggressively over water. This happened over land with no added accessories added to the drone except for the reflectors.

Props are OEM DJI props.

They are a water slide decal that is custom made. They give you a bunch as well as decal numbers for your batteries. The site is drone-retriever.com
The short answer is how long do you want your batteries to last prior to them swelling and you have to replace them. If you want the most life cycles out of your batteries let them cool down. Your battery is made up of 3 or 4 internal batteries connected in series. Although the case may feel...
