Almost certain DJI sold me a refurbished unit as "new"

Purchased on 13/03/17 -> Raised a claim -> Full refund is currently in progress (minus shipping expense 70AUD) -> Bought a new Mavic from a local retailer (Ted Camera)

Update on my case, a full refund has been approved and is on it's way (even credit takes time to process).
Only downfall is I had to pay for shipping, 70AUD.

After exchanging a few messages with customer support (we don't have the option of phone in Australia)... I deemed it was no longer feasible and went straight to PayPal

The problem with this solution is it causes things to be too messy and bulky
They need to disable charging from USB, my phone is draining the controller. Haven't even gone for my first test flight yet, only messing around with the on screen functions and the controller has already been drained...
