Found a cool app for practice questions. I think it was $5 at the Google Play Store. It's called Remote Pilot Prepware and looks like so.

I love mine. The biggest drawback is app compatibility.

I've got the smart controller and m2pro. Just testing a theory about being able to map using dji pilot to map. Was trying to create a map on my phone and (somehow) transfer it to smart controller.

Try dji pilot for mapping missions...might work for you. I'm trying it out now...

I have used Pilot 2 to create missions on my phone. How do I get these missions to my smart controller? Cloud? SD Card?

I'm trying to get to the holy grail of 1 cm resolution on my orto maps. What are ya'lls settings for height/overlap, etc.? Is there a good rule of thumb? Is it as easy as flying lower and more photos?

I purchased a used smart controller. The screen had what looked like a sheen of dried soap (?). Put a protector over it and it is crystal clear now.
