Did you fix the file?
I have a credit with a video repair tool, so I could check if it works with your mp4 file. Or you can try it yourself (they give a free preview of the repaired video).
If you're on a Windows PC, you could try a free tool called Recover_MP4. It requires some knowledge of the command prompt, but there are a lot of guides how to use it - just Google around.
If I understood you right, your source video file is fine and you can play it in media players. But when trying to open and edit the file with the fly app, it says the files are corrupted, so you can't neither edit nor save them?
If you're Ok sharing the video, I can try and repair the file for you. You can upload the damaged file to Google Drive and share it with me. I will also need a playable sample file recorded with the drone. You can upload one of the files recorded prior to the damaged video.
