I recommend Litchi. Once you own the app for your iOS or Android tablet or phone you can go to flylitchi.com/hub and create missions. Once you log into your Litchi account they will be accessible on your mobile app. Even better, using Google Earth Pro you can actually visualize and virtually...
I have uploaded a video to YouTube outlining how you can use Google Earth Pro and Litchi to visually create an automated mission. This is my first "How To" video so I would appreciate your comments and suggestions. Here is the YouTube link:
I have been able to scale the screen in flylitchi.com/hub but unfortunately, that venue does not support direct CSV output of a mission into Google Earth Pro so that I can virtually pre-fly the mission to confirm I am recording what I want to see in the final mission. I am presently working on a...
Thanks for responding. That was my first thought at resolving the issue but I am at the highest resolution for my display on the laptop. It appears the program does not detect the maximum screen resolution and scale the dialogue box appropriately or in the alternative, afford an option to scroll...
I have a display problem on my HP Envy with Litchi Virtual Mission. The Waypoint Dialogue Box does not display fully and cannot be resized. Do you have any suggestions?
I ordered a DJI Smart Controller from Adorama.com right before the price increase caused by the Trump Tariffs. It was on back order at the time and is still listed that way. They keep sending me offers to allow me to cancel my order since I bought in at the $650 price.. I plan on waiting them...
A good start at aerial video. You have opportunities to improve the look and feel of your video by color grading. The image is somewhat flat and lacks contrast and saturation. Both Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve allow you to improve the quality of your video. You can get a free D-Log to Rec...
I would recommend Skylum's AirMagic for processing your drone images. It incorporates A.I. and gives me great images. You can try it for free by downloading from this link: Be the first one to try AirMagic, the world’s first fully automated Drone Photos Enhancer.
If you edit your drone video in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and have After Effects, be sure and do the latest update! it adds content aware fill to video in After Effects. Check out this video for a quick look:
I did set video codec to h.265. I am well aware of that requirement. Ironically, I accessed the drone via the Litchi App and set it to D-log M. Then went back in through DJI-Go 4 App and D-log M was available. Very odd because it has been missing for some time.
I no longer seem to have the option of selecting D-Log under the video color settings in the DJI Go App. Is anyone else having this issue and more importantly, has anyone come up with a fix?
Looks like you may be right. I entered one with "PENDING" for the number and got as far as the page where it said it was eligible for approval. It said it had passed all checks up to that point.
