JIt is documented in the user guide. Having used this a few times purposefully, I have a hard time imagining how it could be done accidentally. You would really have to be struggling with the app to have this happen.

JJohnTodd replied to the thread RTH Changed Automatically.Yes it would have but with my limited experience at that time I was only flying short distances where I could see the drone and retrieve it manually. I was unaware of how to change the home point.

JYou have to go into the remotes control and safety menus or DJI Fly app to change the homepoint so it’s quite difficult to do accidentally, unless the operating language was set incorrectly.
