How do you organize it?

When I try to download offline maps it says to delete other offline region. I've tried reinstalling the app and I have plenty of storage. Also, I've seen other people doing it and they just search what country they want, why can't I just do that?

I have no regions downloaded

Every time I try to download an offline map it says to delete some offline region and try again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and (at least it says) I have plenty of storage... I've also seen other people do it so why can't I just search it download a full country??
