Tried DJI Hack on jailbroken iPhone 6s: works very well. And FCC actually work a lot better than CE, I've tried same route and with Hack and I can go about 40% farer... Thanks MavicPilots, @gb160, @Zombie Todd -

So summarizing what I've read in 20 pages, the easiest and reliable way to have FCC on CE countries is fakeGPS on Android indoor to set FCC on drone, then use jailbroken iPhone with hacked Dji Fly app to maintain stable FCC mode outdoor...
