Doesn't this work thw other way around?

It doesn't accept 591857N 0182530008E (invalid coordinates).

The "coordinates" I get in the NOTAM from the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration os 591857N 0182538E. I would like to copy paste that to an app or a website and see on a map where I'm not supposed to fly during a certain time.

So when I get a NOTAM NAV Warning, example: NAV WARNINGS + TEMPORARY RESTRICTED AREA ESTABLISHED OVER VARMDO WI A CIRCLE WITH RADIUS 1 NM CENTERED ON 591857N 0182538E. FLIGHT WI THE AREA PROHIBITED FOR ALL ACFT. AFTER CLEARANCE FROM STOCKHOLM ATCC +46(0)858554700 THE FOLLOWING TFC IS EXEMPTED...
