Dudo, contact DJI support end report this to them. If you have flight sync on, they have all the data already, they just need to check it out.
I know the feeling and really you need to overcome it. My way was getting the drone replaced. If you still have warranty, it should cover. Dji care...
@slup, thanks got it. Did I get it right that 16k rpm is max, and in normal situation (not sure how to define normal) motors should not spin that fast, right? So basically, even going full throttle in sport mode should be far from 16k rpm? As I understand, I was flying full speed in sports mode...
Hey Slup, thank you very much for this looking into this. This is awesome how much info you can get from these logs, amazing.
Replaced both rear props following DJI manual/tutorial.
60degrees sound a lot. Do you think I was close to loosing control of the aircraft?

Good day to you all,
I would like to ask your kind help to investigate this situation please.
I was above the lake and scared bunch of birds, they flew up (Yes, I should have expected that, but I didn't...) and I jumped into sports mode, raised the altitude and decided to grab few shots while...
So, this is the end of the story - I got drone and remote back. From serial number I understood that my drone was replace - got new drone with stickers on it. Looks all good, super happy :) Thank you for help
Update on this case:
Dji paid for ups shipping and collected my drone. They agreed to suggestion to collect my remote to check as well. Eventually they quickly identified that compass is faulty and needs replacement. The next day drone and remotes is booked for shipping back to me. Cant wait to...
From my experience it happens only when its windy. Basically gimbal can't stay pointing down, if drone is pulled backwards by the wind and has to resist. In such case try doing your shot after rotating drone 180degrees. If wind will stay consistent, drone will be able to keep gimbal pointing...
Thanks a lot @BudWalker - I will be now analysing all previous data as well to understand how those conclusions were made from data perspective.
You guys are awesome @sar104 @slup thanks a lot.
Still waiting for DJI to respond.
Trying to get same view as you did of last test, but mine looks like this. Looks similar, but I cant find Yaw-magYaw. I guess I am doing something wrong. Could it be that mac version somehow works differently? :)
What I actually did, I installed windows app on bootcamp partition with windows. Also you could run VirtualBox and install windows into virtual machine - its not complex procedure and much safer if you afraid to mess something up with bootcamp installation (its quite simple anyway)
VirtualBox...
@slup, I did a quick test (hand flight) today once again - no compass calibration, drone was stored as usual since last test done. Can you please have a quick look if it seems still all good?
@slup I tried using CsvView app to check for the data myself, but my views are looking a bit different than yours (i.e. last DAT file) - data seems the same, but views are different. What app are you using? If its the same, how did you open those views?
