I'm flying an Air 2S. But based on what you've just said, I may just go get a Mini 4 so that I can stay under the 250g limit, and have fewer hurdles to jump through to fly. Thank you for your input.
Hey everyone. As the title states, I'm going to Greece shortly, and want to take my drone with me. I'm strictly a noob at both flying as well as knowing the rules for intercontinental travel. I remember seeing a gentleman on this form who posted videos of/from Greece a lot last year when I...
Wow. I lived in/near the city for 35 years. To say I dislike Chicago is a drastic understatement. But you've captured it beautifully. Awesome pictures and video. Very nice job!
I get that message often when taking off from my heavily wooded property. It will say what you've said, as well as "max altitude is limited to 98'" or something like that. If I just fly up to 75' or so, I'll quickly acquire more GPS signals, and all of the "warnings" will disappear.

I drive passed that Walleye about two out of every three years. I've stayed at Slim's, Ballard's and Wheeler's Point. But the one you didn't mention that I love the most is Cyrus Resort. They're all great though. I also shop in the grocery store right behind the Walleye statue every year. I...
He means that he would never fly into somebody else's drone INTENTIONALLY. You DO realize that this young man is autistic, right? He's just trying to meet people that he can gain some friendships with.

@AFAngryWarrior, I think you handled the situation perfectly. I also subscribe to establishing a paper-trail with the police. This way, if there's any further problems, they can refer back to the initial situation and see that he was the aggressor in the then and is likely the same in any new...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you stated that you're RETIRED, correct? If so, please explain how it would be aggravated battery of a peace officer. So, is there a charge of assaulting a RETIRED P/O? I doubt it since you didn't mention that. Your whole response sounds like B.S. to me. You...
Depending on your state, pulling a firearm, (even if you're not pointing it at anybody) can/will be considered "brandishing" a firearm. Especially if in the middle of an argument or confrontation while doing it. You could possibly lose your FOID card, and face other repercussions.
