JI, too, have a mini 3 pro and live in a blue zone. I only ever use home wifi for updates and hotspot the phone for approval to fly in the blue zone. So far so good with no issues and no change to the airspace zones in the fly app.

JImpressive email from DJI. In order to eliminate the doubt about it being your wifi, next time try using your phone's hotspot instead of the wifi. Also a screen recording from the RC might be better to share than screenshots.
