When you take off and land, just head straight upwards without going forward, so folks don't hear/see the drone from your building. That drone is fairly quiet after a certain distance in the air, so it won't attract a lot of attention. What...

And also, if the drone is like 1000 feet from them, they wont even see that you points the camera towards them. I have a nikon p1000 and been using thst in public many times, and I dont think people have said anything about me filming in public...
