Definitely new props. I don't think they'd give out used props... Too risky, too easy to be blamed for a Mavic falling out of the sky! I guess I'll wait to hear from DJI HQ to find out if it is a refurbished unit. It's raining in southern California right now, so it's not like I can fly it today.
