It was early June and the 4x4 road was recently cleared. The route was perfect too, some snow but not enough to be an issue.

This turned into a very Special Adventure, Spring in the Red Mountains is Amazing! San Juan Mountains, Red Mountain Pass area, Colorado. . . Enjoy Brothers!

I have heard of several snow plows Launching off the shelf cut sections and I'm sure there are Many more stories, many. Here's my crazy counterintuitive theory on it. This IS a scary road to drive, I am quite desensitized to highs and exposure and driving several sections, all with no guard...

This video turned out to be a true Drone extravaganza, so amazing to see the crazy shelf road from above and the Spring run off waterfalls were ROARING with power. The Old mining ruins were mine boggling as well! Enjoy Guys!

Wow, thanks again guys! I can not say enough how cool my new visits to Central Utah deserts have been. Angle Slot and Cassidy Arch canyon were also great trips and videos but I must say, the High Spur is an all time great Cheers guys!

I appreciate all the support Brothers, I've had this one on the radar forever and finally got up the courage to commit to the long drive not knowing for sure if I could safely get into all the best sections. SO glad it all worked out and we could all get a glimpse of this natural wonder! Cheers

I've slowed down some on posting videos as real life has been considerably more demanding lately but, this was a very special experience I really wanted to share. Especially since just getting there was a real PITA!

Hey, thanks guys! I was not sure how a less “Death Defying” video would be received. Though I must say, I was very nervous doing my last flight near sunset In that maze of mud dunes. One wrong turn, a bit of wasted time and I would have been spending the night, at best. . . I use google earth...
