KB9Radio replied to the thread DJI GO4 won't connect to Samsung.Do you have both the aircraft firmware and the GO4 app updated to the latest version. You need to download and install the GO4 directly from the DJI website. The latest version of both also enables the onboard RID transmitting and seem to work well.
