I just returned mine to the store and got a new one on the way. I don't know what causes the error. I would try to contact dji and tell them what is happening

I do not. I never crashed mine. Literally flew it for 9 minutes then charged it lol. I think it means either battery or motor error

Hey I just bought a mavic mini and didn't even fly it for more than 10 minutes. I brought it in and charged it. I went to turn it on and it did not do the dji start up beep.. weird.. so i updated it thinking it was maybe a bug or something. So the system is up to date and it still doesn't beep...
