It would be operator error even if the app didn't try to warn you or prevent takeoff. The app isn't the pilot -- you are. Not everyone needs a nanny state to save the ignorance of a few.

What? Terrible example. "#1" refers to the combo meal, not the standalone hamburger. They still have "Hamburger" on the menu. "#1" is a lot easier to say than "Hamburger, medium fries, and a medium Coke."
