No idea if this will help but my friend with a new mini 3 found, if he had signal issues (esp. mid flight), switching his transmission from AUTO to either 2.4GHz or 5G resolved his issue. Worth a **** if you haven’t boxed it up yet.

Awesome service from this guy. Communicative, prompt, honest. I have no reservations referring them.
Thanks. I saw that but I don't really want to replace the whole bottom shell for a single, snap-in part. I'll keep looking but thanks for the search. ;-)
I had my first crash after 2 years (yay me!). Hit a tree growing on the side of a deep river gorge. It might have been catastrophic but thankfully the drone tumbled out of the tree and to the ground and not into the river. <whew1> Thanks to "Find My Drone" and "Beeping and Flashing" I was able...
Roberto - did you ever get an answer to this? I just lost my left rear landing foot in a similar crash.
I've been trying to figure out the name of the part and where I might get one. In my case it's for an Air 2.
I had virtually the same experience. Morning fog, local wetlands, great pix.
But when I went to RTH the drone repositioned correctly over the landing spot, but it would not come down. Battery was at 10%. :-| The controller kept beeping and (not sure if I remember this correctly) I got a...

I checked my DJI app and Transport Canada's interactive map and they say, "Aerodrome: Drone operations are permitted within the 3 nautical mile...
I think this is a key Insight. I took quite a bit of time calibrating this and it’s made all the difference. That and practice Ease in to the curve, ease out.
This is very helpful advice. I can confirm no compass.
As I mentioned this tablet was gifted to me and I thought this was a good assignment for it. But I'd rather be as full-featured as possible when I am flying the MA2 ... not a place to compromise.
I cancelled my initial tablet holder order...
Thanks. I didn’t think of that.
Is a compass in the mobile device required if it has GPS and GLONASS?
Ali’s, doesn’t the drone have its own compass and GPS? The DJI Fly app installed without any warnings.
i normally fly with my iPhone. This tablet was a loyalty gift from my telco. I’d welcome...
This is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.
I’m in Canada and this is not in the Amazon.ca store so I wouldn’t have found it. Ordered from the .com.
Many thanks.
