TFRs are in effect 1 hr before and after a schedule MLB game and covers an area of 3 miles. The FAA website publishes a list of TFRs. I live near a stadium with a retractable roof and the TFR applies regardless of whether or not the roof is open. TFRs only apply to certain sports (MLB and NFL).
