I don’t understand what you are asking for. Sorry. If you have an idea of what is causing my problem I would certainly like to know your thoughts on this. Thanks.
I short it in h.264. From what you suggest it’s not a problem with the card or aircraft. Another problem I am having which I don’t know is related to this is that I am getting choppy video which speeds up periodically on active track only. I see this on playback on my IPhone when I view it in...
When trying to transfer files from micro sd card to my Mac laptop I get a notice saying these files are unsupported. I am using the proper sd card.I never had this problem with my Mavic Pro.
Thanks for your encouragement. If they don't charge me too much for my repair I may choose to repair it as opposed to getting a replacement which I would think would take a lot longer and could have problems. My unit was working perfectly until I screwed up!
Haven't done any kiteboarding footage yet but it's going to be a while as my Mavic doesn't arrive at the DJI repair center till tomorrow. Then the fun begins with them!!!
Again, thank you for your input. I am now anticipating what they will tell me. I'm new to all of this as the Mavic is my first drone. The crash I had was strange! I attempted to fly it in wifi mode and lost both sticks on my iPhone screen with it hovering 4 feet above the ground. Tried to think...
Thank you welcoming me. Would you still choose to have your Mavic repaired for $311 as opposed to $79 for a refurbished unit? My assumption, which may be wrong is that a refurbished unit is as good as a new one. I also am wondering if DJI will reveal if it's a new or used unit?
I broke the same piece in a crash. For $311 as someone said I guess it pays to get a new Mavic for $79 under refresh! I wonder how long it will take them to get a new unit to me?
