The issue is back with DJI Fly 1.4.2.
Also, I lost connection between controller and phone a few times during flight. Very dangerous and annoying. Looks like they managed to add one more problem, not just bring back and old "friend".
No, I have the same UHS SD card as I used before I switched to S21. I've also tried recording 4K on that card using other devices, and IT WORKS AS EXPECTED. The problem is ONLY with S21
Cache is enabled, so are permissons to storage, with unlimited capacity.
The thing is, that the problem ONLY happens when recording 4K. All other modes are fine. There's also no pixelation, or lag. The image simply freezes the moment you hit record.
That's true, but I only fly in my spare time, every now and then. So I don't think that's necessary for me. But a very good way of organizing your equipment and having it always ready, for sure.
Sadly I don't have the S9+ anymore, but I've matched all the settings I had on the S9+ on the S21 aswell. It made no difference. Now that I think about it, it could actually be Android 11 related, since all other devices I've tried it on were Android 10.
I think all I can do now is wait and...
As stated above, the recording on SD card is fine. It records everything as expected, but the video feed on the device freezes the moment I hit record (ONLY when in 4k). I only see frozen image from that point forward. If I'm not recording, all is fine also.
Ok, so I've installed 1.2.4 - the problem remains.
Then I've tested scenario on a different phone - and it works!
So the problem is actually the phone. I really hope they adress this ASAP, since this basically makes the drone almost useless from a video standpoint.
