You kind of answered your own question. There is no basis in fact for the reasons given to hold the products at customs. DJI has presented their case. What would you expect them to do at this point?
I think that is highly unlikely. DJI is a successful global company at this point.. The US market is a disaster at this point. No reason to conflate the 2.
I’m not following your logic. Why would DJI collapse just because they aren’t selling their latest drone in the US? They sell their drones all over the world!
