The no flight zone around Paris is much greater than the city itself. It’s pretty much the global Paris suburban area (including parks, etc..) Something like a 30 or 40 km radius around the centre of Paris.

Seagulls travel from the sea to Paris along the river Seine (365 km). They stay along the banks.
