I use the Polar Pro's. They're not pretty, but they work as advertised. As some have noted, the rear legs can be difficult to get on. I haven't noticed any impact on Mavic Air performance.
You want a USB C (female) to Micro USB (male) adapter. I bought these and they work fine.

I carry a Sony a7r2 and a couple of lenses in a lowepro flip side trek 350. I like the pro tactic but I was looking for something that I could take on hikes and pack supplies. The trek 350 is a good compromise
I wouldn't use the PolarPro. It was built for the Spark but does fit around Mavic Air controller. The problem is that it limits antenna movement and the USB cable is almost impossible to connect.
