I tried to take video and photos, it works..but no image/video

Hello, and thank you very much for your kind help. So I tried all of that but still not working. I tried with older version of DJI GO4 and I get the image of phantom (don't know if very important) but then I installed another version, 4,3,14 and then get my Mavic Air back but still no image/video:-(

Hello Gazmg, Well the model is Huawei Mediapad T3-7 16gb/2gb RAM (model BG2-U03) and Mavic Air. I already try as you mentioned but not working. I also tried yesterday to connect WIFI, same thing I can take off, etc...but no image/video...

Guys, I try to connect on Wifi (because I thought it could be because of cable), but same thing...i can take off, etc..but still no video/image on screen..:-(

Hello, same thing for me, I bought this tab because it was in the list of preferred tab, but can't get image/video...it is dark....even if command works (as gimbal for example)...can you please help, as I bought it specially for the mavic... thank you!
