If purchasing "refurbished" make sure you understand what refurbished means. Also make sure the actual seller (it's not Amazon) will tell you what it means. From what I read, it doesn't mean much; it wasn't really refurbished, but just minor... -

Amazon is probably the best place to buy a refurbished drone due to their real "no questions asked" free returns. If the listing provides extended warranty options it's an even better deal since only the best refurbished products and sellers...

DJI itself is the best source for OFFICIAL DJI Refurbished because they are the ONLY source for these so called DJI Refurbished drones, unless a known, authorized DJI reseller like Camrise or DroneNerds specifies that it is a DJI Refurbished...

I have heard horror stories of Best Buy rebuilds and would not go near one. I knew that amazon had sellers BUT I did not realize that you could sell a DJI Drone as refurbished unless the work was done by DJI! DJI should make it mandatory that...

I wouldn't touch a refurbished drone with a bargepole you don't know how careful the previous owner has been have they charged and stored the batteries properly, what work has been done that allows them to call it refurbished also as GadgetGuy...
