Wow, you need to educate yourself in aircraft operations. You think full size planes are unregulated? Take a look at your area on a sectional. Congested areas are shaded yellow. If you dont live within a yellow shaded box, that plane can fly anywhere that's not within 500 ft of a man made...

AirNav: KMDD - Midland Airpark If it were me I would submit a planned flight with either AirMap or through LANCC. KMDD does not have a tower, so the best FAA to call would be Ft Worth. And use common sense. Dont fly within those approach and departure paths.
