Got up to Washington Pass before they closed it for the season. Then later captured some Aurora Borealis on the land cameras. -
LI briefly had to ask myself what it was when I first looked at the pics. Taken at Loch Voil in Scotland it's a tree in the middle of the loch with water so still it gave a perfect reflection of the sky.

LColorado aspen were better than expected this year......SW Colorado experienced significant drought conditions this year. These pictures are from the Kebler Pass area, which is northwest of Crested Butte.

A few more gorgeous exotic birds. These birds are very challenging to photograph. They are in constant motion, and never rest for more than several seconds. Working fast is mandatory in photographing them. Not so easy with a big lens. click on...
