I have also had similar Pano's but not at low altitudes like this. How did you get your A2 to stay as low as 4 feet.?? After I set for a Pano, my drone normally shoots up about 40 meters before it starts the Panoramic shots. Curious.

When driving a car you mostly look forward with a bit of side sight. When flying a drone with side capture you must look in the direction the drone is flying. Feel sorry for you M8, but we have all learned by our mistakes until we make another one. Great musical effects with a dramatic finale'.
