I just logged in to my DJI account with my computer, nothing else. I have not had a problem since then.
I use a Smart Controller so cellular was not a factor.
I would to have guess that you are correct. Immediately after logging in there was no issue.

I'd love to make the Mini 2 my second drone but not without the ability to use it with the Smart Controller. I'm sure there are others that feel the same. Are you listening DJI ?

I recalibrated the AC and SC compases at the same time and at the exact same spot, no bueno (didn't help.)
The small blue arrow mostly indicates the control is facing 90 degrees away from the AC. :mad:

Tap the map icon on the lower left of the screen. That will enlarge the map and show the icons and position indicators. All four of the icons in the corners of the map will change the view, the one in the lower right will switch to the radar view.

It is showing the position of the RC which I was able to demonstrate by changing my position. The arrow seems to be pointing to about 130 degrees. I'm in the northern hemisphere and my magnetic declination is only 7 degrees.
