I agree with you, sir. I am scared now. I would hate to (God forbid) wake up one morning, prepare for a flight, drive to my spot, and promptly see signs that state "NO DRONES ANYWHERE"... followed by a long number that is now the new "California Municipal Code" regarding the BAN OF ALL DRONES...

That's GREAT footage! I am still trying to map out a safe spot for some LA Skyline footage myself! I know that I can legally fly out of Echo Park, but... *ahem*... it's ECHO PARK for God's sake! If anyone here has seen it, then you know of what I speak!!! :rolleyes:

Hey! I am in the Long Beach area as well. I have posted a few pics of some of the places that I flew on this site if you c are to check them out. I am still searching for spots as well, as there may not be a lot of them! Might have to... migrate northward!

Thanks! Trying to get close enough to the Hollywood sign for some footage, but I really have to be careful. Although a California Website points out a specific location where Droners CAN fly in that area, there will always be a Ken or Karen that live nearby looking to huff and puff about it...

Negative. What I DID get was a "confirmation" e-mail for me to input my order #, and that was it. The next e-mail from them was for me to log on to their website again to "check" my status... which I did... and that's where the game ends! So now, I wait to see if (at least) they hold up THEIR...
