Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Hello Anthony, The barometer is there just to provide some additional data during the flight as the geo altitude from GPS is usually verz inaccurate and drifts over time. In fact, pressure altitude and height are optional fields of ASTM F3411 standard that you don't need to necessarily fill...

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Hello Allen, really grateful for sharing your experience. We will soon be releasing a new feature that will allow Beacon to store the flight data in internal memory and then download it after the flight is finished to maintain flight logs in your preferred app. Would be happy to hear your...

Hey Anthony, thanks for the positive attitude. Let me know if you would need the 3D model of the board in the future, and I will send it over to you. If anything comes to your mind, I would be grateful to hear your feedback while using our products. Have a great day!

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

I am sorry for the late reply. First of all, all flights that you see in dronetag.app are the real ones. They usually come from Dronetag Mini devices via Network Remote ID, that's why you can see flights all over the US or EU. Secondly, I see you took quite a large battery for the BS. We...

Thanks for sharing your first thoughts. Happy to hear your positive attitude. Please let me know your experience using the system and whether the documentation was understandable. We did it quite last minute and we already know major improvements need to be made.

For the US, we use UPS freight. People usually complain it is expensive, but takes just 3 days to be delivered :)

REMOTE ID IN MAVIC 2 PRO

My personal recommendation would be to return it if possible and get one that is Remote ID compliant as per UAS Declaration of Compliance

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Sure, but as for our case, we have partners in the US that not only resale the product, but also provide necessary technical support. Similar situation what you get when buying oversea drones. Moreover, we created a list where you can find all Remote ID solutions available and make your own...

REMOTE ID IN MAVIC 2 PRO

This field is there from the early beginning (about 4 years ago). DJI won't be adding Remote ID to Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom series. They even won't support Phantom 4 Pro. Here you can see that even M2 Enterprise and Dual are not RID compliant Remote ID Compliance and Your DJI Enterprise Drones

Just curious, don't you use overseas drones as well? :) Why should there be a problem with overseas products? We have been working on Dronetag since 2018, and most of our customers are based in the US. Just a little insight from the manufacturer's perspective.

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Hey, that is a concern I hear quite a lot. However, the planned life cycle of both products is around 5 years before they become obsolete. It took us 3 years to develop them most compact, future-proof and easy-to-use. And from the early launch of both Mini/Beacon we do firmware updates every few...

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Not yet as we have been working together on launching a new product website and preparing some further marketing materials. But you can already contact Vertigo as they will list it soon and then you can make your purchase with their US-based support. I will keep you posted once this list of...

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Hello Mark, well, when I reread the quote, I agree that what we meant might not be very clear. But the main idea of this statement is that we insist on straightforward setup and fast operations. Once you turn on the device, it is usually ready within one minute (as it waits for the GNSS fix) for...

Dronetag's FAA Approved Remote ID Modules:

Dronetag Beacon with Broadcast Remote ID comes at $199. Dronetag Mini with both Network + Broadcast Remote ID comes at $299. You can skip the added value of Network Remote ID if you don't need it (it is not mandated in the US). Please note that prices might seem slightly higher as we mainly...
