Uhhhhh right. So basically your saying it's fine to ignore the speed limit. It's fine to fly in a NFZ ect. This mentality is what's causing the bad publicity and stricter regulations. Because you think your entitled to ignore the rules.
I'm from the netherlands so I can chime in on our laws. They are pretty common sense. Don't go above 120m/393ft Don't fly over crowds or buildings. Don't fly in our nature 2000 zones. They are reserves and are banned from sUAV flights.

You shouldn’t fly with the dome of it stops a significant amount of air intake which is used for cooling. Bees are better pilots then we are they can dodge the drone.
Meh both the MPP and the Inspire are slow compared to my 250 FPV drone. Film is nowhere near as good as on the MPP tho and the Inspire is in a league of its own.
