Just found this. Important to connect usb first than power up the drone.

I don't know if this will help but I just tried it and it worked great for me. Download to the phone and than plug my phone in the PC and transfer from there. The phone app seems to have more features than the controller.

I don't know. I have no problems on any of my computers reading the sd card. Sorry. I run Windows 10.

Are you recording in MP4?

Can you side load apps on the controller now? I would love to have the GO 4 app and ditch the Fly app.
