Assuming that the average person's visual range of most or all DJI Drones is perhaps 6-700 feet, maybe farther if you have eagle eyes, but if I had to guess, most everyone in this forum with potentially rare exceptions has gone further than VLOS or lost sight of their drone during their flight...

Which drone are you flying so that we know what battery you're using?

From my perspective, the difference between the de-noise photos and not, is highly subjective as to whether there is any real difference between them. Perhaps a little, but perhaps a different photo would make use of de-noise filters and make a more obvious difference than what I am seeing here.

Comparing photos and videos is a highly subjective thing, Mostly because we are all viewing them from a different lens.., our monitors (and eyes) Unless you have a calibrated studio display, and everyone evaluating does too, its going to look different to everyone looking at the same photo...

Some review videos noted that the batteries between the Air 3 and Air 3S were different and interchangeable . I have not seen anyone note any differences in the filters yet, however because of sensor differences between lenses, I am not surprised. Ultimately, unless the case fails prematurely...

I thought I read somewhere that keeping the sensors really clean was pretty important. It seems like they are overly sensitive and even perhaps moisture on the lens could cause a detection that causes odd flight behavior.. in this video at about the 2:15 mark, this pilot describes a issue...

I have not spotted that mentioned in the several videos I've watched on the Air 3S. If I had to guess, there might be some subtle difference in design because the 3S is slightly heavier if I recall correctly. However I could be wrong.

To each their own I guess, some people like well produced videos that provided the needed information. Every YT channel does something to enhance their videos , some more then others.. But not sure how the video is produced would cause a problem with the credibility of the information...

One has to have a subscription to Lightroom, which many do not have... and it's not cheap. I really wish Adobe would dump that model or offer stand alone versions that one can chose to buy and use for a few years perhaps before upgrading if they want the latest.
