Hello. I just received my Mavic Pro Platinum today and sadly, one of the front legs is cracked and bent inward. I was told that I may be able to purchase new OEM front landing legs from you. Please advise. I live in Atlanta, GA.
Neither has mine, ordered on 9/6. Ordered FMC package. No updates yet and leaving for out of the state for 2 weeks starting 10/31 which means that they will probably ship it back since you have to sign for it and it will be three failed delivery attempts. Worst customer service I have ever...
I pre-ordered mine directly from DJI on 9/6/16 (Yes, September) and they just informed me on 10/21 that they were currently out of stock, on back order and have no time frame to provide me at this time as to when it might ship.
Ordered from DJI on 9/6/17. Was told by DJI online support on Thursday, 10/19, that it would ship "on or before 10/20. I chatted again with them yesterday and they stated that it was in the shipping process on their end and that it would update on my end soon and I would receive a confirmation...
Ordered mine directly from DJI on 9/6/2107 and status still shows 'Payment Success'. I'm still waiting on it to change to 'Shipped'. It has to be soon if people that ordered 1 day before me have already received them.
