I updated today and haven't had any issues. Also got a firmware update for the A2S after doing the SC update. Not sure if they are dependent upon eachother but it seemed too coincidental that I was only notified for an aircraft update after updating the SC.

Sometimes my A2S is stubborn about landing in my hand. Sometimes I release the stick and pull down again and it will come down. Sometimes pulling my hand away and then putting it back under the drone helps. One time I switched to sport mode.

Did you pull the photo from the memory card?

You can set different response curves for each mode. I generally fly in "P" mode. I have that set up with a very smooth response with a slower yaw rate and delay in stopping. If for some reason I want it to stop on a dime, I'll switch to one of the other modes.

I think when doing panos of large landscapes that are far away, the parallelax issue you refer to would be either minimal or negligible.

For the 180 Panos, I don't like the distortion of the image that dji creates in-drone (Air 2S). Using lightroom to do Panos was a game changer for me. What I do often is shoot the 180 pano and save the individual photos. In lightroom I will find a section I want and stich those together. I...

I don't know if his video of it is still up there, but he got an Avata FPV drone when it first came out. He was flying it around the Philly neighborhood he lives in over apartment building. He lost control of it and it crashed somewhere. He never could find it and had no idea what happened...

Only people I've run into are people that are interested and ask questions. Sometimes they own a drone also and ask which one I am flying.

I still enjoy flying toy drones around my yard. Flying line of sight without an app for a first person view is a completely different skillset from navigating via FPV camera. It's also a different kind of thrill. Those skills also come in handy when flying "grown up" drones.
