I've hand caught my Mavic several times at the Beach. I disable VPS and then just grab the bottom until motors turn off, with VPS disabled it won't fight you and try to fly up. Actually, I had the same issue on my 2011 27" iMac. The issue is not the age of your MAC but the display resolution, I can't recall exactly what resolution I used but try increasing it and see if that helps, if not, try decreasing it and try again. I can confirm that this worked for me

The one I'm talking about is not plastic, it's aluminum. I don't have any experience with the plastic one but the aluminum feels rock solid

Wanted to post a quick review of this tablet mount for the Mavic. This thing feels Rock solid and very comfortable, the position doesn't interfere with use of the controller at all. The best part is that it all folds down nice and small when not being used, the ball joint is cleverly designed...

I've done 2 of these videos, one with a P4 and the other with a Mavic. They were both approved in 2-3 business days. For the IMU, after powering up I showed that the IMU showed as "Normal". That's all I did for that part and it was approved. As far as the video goes, yes you can play them back...

Took the Mavic out this weekend and did some filming in South Beach. Here's the video, what do you all think? comments, suggestions are welcome. Anything you think I should've done differently? Still learning FCPX but I think it turned out decent.
