DJI really came through with this one. Since my drone is still under a DJI warranty in Thailand, they’re providing me free shipping to the repair center. I’m honestly so impressed with their customer service. I wasn’t expecting this at all.
OK...it was a misunderstanding on my part...now I do understand...you do not want to debate the policy, which could help you understand it....you just want to complain about it and have them make an exception just for you...right?
The Drone you lost was replaced and therefor added to the "list" at DJI . That Drone Actually belongs to DJI and will be Bricked.
If you found it you may as well return it or throw it out.
Once the Drones number has been placed on the "list" you...
