There was a collision. The manned aircraft had the right of way. The drone was obligated to give way. No logic or courtroom cleverness could prevail over those hard facts.
And a responsible pilot shouldn't require a TFR to know that it was entirely wrong and dangerous to be flying in that area with search and rescue operations in progress and people's lives hanging in the balance.
Why go looking for trouble? I am a risk averse drone pilot and I cherish even my Mavic mini 4pro let alone my Mavic3.
I like freedom from police and lawyers and against fines too much.
That footage is not worth risking it all for me.
