What are some very good android tablet choices? Good performance & Bright screen being priorities.

I have used an old iPad Wifi only, and it works. When I need GPS, I use a tiny Bluetooth connected GPS with the added bonus of increased positional accuracy and precision. When I need to download/upload data in the field I HotSpot my smartphone to my iPad.

I also am having troubles getting active track to work. Same issue, the mavic air will spot light but not follow when selecting trace or profile.

I do not blame them for not allowing charging over the Data USB-C, however it sure would be nice to charge in the "field" via 12V adapter. Anyone know of a good quality low wattage compact cigarette inverter?
