Why would you need to be any higher than 120m anyway. As a pilot, I would not want drones up there being flown by people who have no regard for my safety or my passenger's safety by being up in my airspace. A drone is far too small to be able to...

But the extra weight just contradicts itself requiring more power to compensate for the weight. They only extend the flight time by a couple minutes. Sounds like you need a purpose built custom drone.

You can get a waiver and it is certainly possible.... Tell your client the FAA is gonna want a GOOD reason to be at that altitude. If they approve then its no problem. I think it would mostly depend on the area.
