Hi! So I can confirm that the version that was shipped to Canada has the ADS-B. I am in Vancouver, BC and I ordered from DJI - no sales tax or customs were charged so, for Canadians this would probably be the cheapest option.

As per the current version of the User Manual there are limits when it comes to the speed of the tracked object - if you are planning to track a car make sure to adhere to these otherwise tracking will not keep the lock in place.
